Wrangler Bacon & Eggs

9 slices Jones pepper bacon, cooked almost crisp
6 Tb LONGBRANCH Bloody Mary Zinger
6 eggs
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 English muffins, split & toasted

Preheat oven to 350 ˚. Using a 6 cup muffin pan, spray each well with cooking spray. Lay one strip of bacon around the sides of each cup. Cut remaining 3 slices of bacon in half and place one piece into the bottom of each cup. Break one egg on top of bacon in each bacon-lined cup. Top with 1 Tb of LONGBRANCH  sprinkle with some cheese. Bake at 350˚ for 15-20 minutes or until egg is done to your liking. Let stand for 2 minutes, then run a knife around edge of each cup and unmold onto toasted English muffins.
