LONGBRANCH Unstuffed Peppers

1 lb. ground beef
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 cup instant rice
2 eggs
4-6 lgļæ½green bell peppers
1 clove garlic, minced
3 T olive oil
1 quart LONGBRANCH Bloody Mary Zinger
1 pkg wide egg noodles, cooked

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, instant rice and eggs. Mix by hand until well combined. Form into 6 balls; flatten slightly and set aside. Quarter green peppers, removing stems and seeds and set aside.

In large dutch oven, sauté garlic in olive oil. Add LONGBRANCH; simmer 5 minutes. Carefully lay meat patties in LONGBRANCH. Simmer, covered for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Add peppers and cook an additional 15 minutes. Serve with egg noodles.
