LONGBRANCH Tornado Meat Rolls

1 ½ lb. ground beef
½ c seasoned bread crumbs
¼ c dried parsley
1 egg
¼ tsp. garlic salt
¼ cup LONGBRANCH Bloody Mary Zinger
1 Tb. dehydrated minced onion
4 slices deli ham
4 oz. shredded pepper Jack cheese
4 Tb. LONGBRANCH Bloody Mary Zinger

Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, parsley, egg, garlic salt, LONGBRANCH & onion. Mix well. Divide mixture into 4 portions. On 4 pieces of was paper, pat each meat portion into a 4 X 8" rectangle. Place one piece of ham onto each meat rectangle, leaving a ½ " border on all sides. Repeat with remaining meat portions & ham. Divide cheese into 4 portions; sprinkle cheese onto each rectangle. Using was paper to help, roll meat up jelly-roll style. Seal ends well. Spray 13 X 9" baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place each meat roll seam-side down in prepared pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Pour 1 Tb. LONGBRANCH over each roll. Continue baking for 10-15 minutes more. Let rolls sit 5 minutes before serving.
