LONGBRANCH Spit Fire Shrimp

1 lb. raw, shelled shrimp
¼ c butter
¼ cup LONGBRANCH Bloody Mary Zinger
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper, optional

Preheat oven to 400°. In medium cast iron skillet, melt butter on top of stove. Add LONGBRANCH, garlic, chili powder, pepper, and cayenne, if using. Remove from heat. Add shrimp, and stir to coat. Bake at 400° 8-10 minutes or until shrimp are opaque. Serve with crusty bread to sop up sauce.
