1 cup sugar
½ cup shortening
½ tsp salt
2 eggs
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp ground cloves
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
12 oz. LONGBRANCH Bloody Mary Zinger
8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
½ cup chopped nuts
8 oz. softened cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
¼ tsp chipotle pepper powder
¼ tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375˚. Grease & flour 9 X 13” pan. In a large bowl, cream sugar & shortening. Add eggs, & mix well. Add LONGBRANCH Bloody Mary Zinger, Mix dry ingredients and beat in. Stir in pineapple and nuts. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool completely. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar, chipotle powder and cinnamon until well blended. Spread over cooled cake.
