LONGBRANCH Sausage & Tortellini Soup

1 lb. Italian sausage
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, sliced
4 cups beef broth
2 cups LONGBRANCH Bloody Mary Zinger
1 cup water
1 cup sliced carrots
½ tsp each basil & oregano
1 ½ c sliced zucchini
8 oz. frozen cheese tortellini
3 Tb snipped parsley
1 med. green pepper, cubed

Remove sausage from casing. In a large heavy pot, brown sausage. Remove; drain reserving 1Tb drippings; set aside. Saute onions & garlic in reserved drippings. Add broth, LONGBRANCH, water, carrots, basil, oregano, & sausage. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 30 minutes. Stir in zucchini, tortellini, parsley and green pepper. Simmer 35-40 minutes more or until tortellini is tender.
