LONGBRANCH Western Dressing

2 cups olive oil
½ cup wine vinegar
2 Tb sugar
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ cup LONGBRANCH Bloody Mary Zinger
½ tsp oregano
1 green pepper, sliced
2 slices onion
1 clove garlic
Put all ingredients into a blender jar.  Whirl until smooth, about 1 minute.
Excellent for fish or vegetable salads or on mixed greens as a fresh change from French dressing.  May be prepared ahead and stored in sealed container in the refrigerator.
