LONGBRANCH Pulled Chicken

3-3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 cup LONGBRANCH Bloody Mary Zinger
c brown sugar
c stone ground mustard
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 tsp liquid smoke
Prepared cole slaw, if desired

Spray interior of a 4 quart crock pot. Lay chicken thighs on the bottom. Combine LONGBRANCH, brown sugar, mustard, red pepper flakes and liquid smoke. Pour over chicken in crock pot. Cover and cook on low 10 hours or high 8 hours. Using fork , shred chicken. Serve on rolls with cole slaw, if desired.
