Matt’s Baked Beans

1 (15 oz.) can light red kidney beans, drained & rinsed
1 (15 oz.) can baby butter beans, drained & rinsed
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained & rinsed
1 (15oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained & rinsed
1 Tb. vegetable oil
6 oz. Jones sliced ham, cut into ½ “ dice
1 red onion, chopped
1 cup LONGBRANCH Bloody Mary Zinger
1 cup brown sugar
2 Tb. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tb. molasses
2 Tb. apple cider vinegar
½ tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. chili powder
½ tsp. Tabasco

Preheat oven to 375˚. In large, deep skillet, heat oil & sauté ham, stirring frequently until browned, about 7-10 minutes. Add onion, & stir until browned, about 7-10 minutes longer. Stir in remaining ingredients, adding well-drained beans last. Transfer to 2 qt. oven-proof casserole. Bake, uncovered, for 45-60 minutes stirring every 15 minutes. Mixture will thicken upon standing.
